If your Pit Vipers don't make you feel like a total badass, we offer a 30-day window to return or exchange your gear in its original, unworn condition. Please note that items must include all original packaging and accessories to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack It Up

  Safely place your gear in the original box, attach the shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Get Paid

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
